Tohaa Diplomatic Delegate

     At 5 points, this specialist is a steal. Even with her being an Irregular Troop, I can't imagine not fitting her into every list. So she should probably be painted? Yep. Here's some quick, early morning work on the skin. I still have some lite glazes to put on to draw out some shadows, but it's off to a good start, I think.
