Necron Paint Scheme found?

It's a rough cut, but you can gawk at my photoshop abilities later. It's a simple scheme, and should be easy-ish to paint. Although it's about 500 times harder than the standard 'drybrush metal - done!' philosophy most Necron players have. Four colors, five if you include the metal or the rusting. Having a bright army to paint will be much welcomed after many days of dark Cryx painting. I'm pretty excited to try out a test model, so it's very likely that I'll cut some Cryx League painting stuff so I can get some Necron work done in the next month or so.

I've been set on a green glow for Necrons for awhile, so that part is sticking. I was playing Destiny and making my robot hunter guy when I realized that some of the combinations would make a pretty awesome paint scheme for Necrons - so it's funny how inspiration can find us in the end. Weeks trying to decide and figure it out, and one game - called Destiny no less - ends up with the answer.

Someone bought a ton of Imperial Squadron stuff for X-Wing Miniatures in my local area (that guy was me, by the way). Unfortunately the hobby side of that is pretty much non-existant, unless you like to re-paint already decent looking stuff, so that game will be approached like an expensive board game (or a cheap one if you are a Zombicide fanatic!). Don't expect much more on the subject of X-Wing unless I get obsessive about it, but I expect at least 10 games happening before I tag yet another game onto this blog. ;)

Edit: I had some free time and did a really rough test on a Necron model to see what it'd look like in the flesh.

It looks like it does in the photoshop picture well enough, but I'm not sure I'm digging it as much as I originally thought. I'll try out a few more schemes on the test model. With proper airbrush work and going for more contrast in shadows I still think it could work, but it'd definitely be hit or miss.
